What Queen Elizabeth II will wear to her Diamond Jubilee remains TBD. All we can say for sure is it’ll likely be made by a Brit—she stuck with Sir Hardy Amies for the first half century of her 60-year reign. But if she decides to break with tradition, there were plenty of regal pieces on the recent runways. The key lime skirtsuit from Oscar de la Renta’s Resort show has “Her Royal Highness” written all over it. And to accompany the two-piecer, we suggest Valentino’s dainty ankle-strap pumps with the very doable low heels. QEII has no shortage of crowns, so perhaps Dolce & Gabbana’s floral headpiece is best for her granddaughter Kate

Julia Restoin-Roitfeld had her baby, according to a tweet from the always-in-the-know Derek Blasberg. “Congratulations to proud Momma @RestoinRJulia! (And thus, the chicest grannie ever: Carine Roitfeld!) Can’t wait to meet the beautiful baby!” he wrote. Which means, of course, that Carine Roitfeld, she of the pencil skirts and stilettos and porn-chic-ness, is a grandmother. Just don’t expect her to answer to grandma (or grannie). She reportedly would like to be called “Madame.”
Cue the baby Givenchy…
Update: Restoin-Roitfeld had a baby girl, and Vogue UK is reporting that her name is Romy Nicole Konjic. Congratulations to the happy family!
